Personalisation & Returns: Under UK Consumer Law, standard cancellation rights do not apply to customized items. Because your unique wording is permanently printed onto the mug surface, sales are final. We cannot accept returns for structural text changes or change-of-mind once printed. Of course, in the unlikely event your mug has a structural defect or manufacturing fault upon handover, we will issue an immediate priority replacement or refund!
