Personalisation & Returns: Under UK Consumer Law, standard cancellation rights do not apply to customized items. Because your unique wording is permanently precision-engraved into the bottle surface, sales are final. We cannot accept returns for structural text changes or change-of-mind once engraved. Of course, in the unlikely event your bottle has a structural defect or manufacturing fault upon handover, we will issue an immediate priority replacement or refund!
